Idiotic analysis of an insane act

The winter is now officially gone; rather in Pune it has never been. My parents were here and after some good trips to some places nearby and with a bit struggle to get a ticket for them, I am finally satisfied and relax that they are at home after a pleasant stay here. As they have just gone and am finding my home (people usually don’t treat there rented house as home but we, my room mates and I, do) quite bore and not so enjoying. By the way thanks for one of my new friend there were two short ‘long drives’ at midnight in heart of the city. After coming back, changing channel to channel finding specially SRK-ised Shivsena everywhere scattered in between some unusual ‘Gay gayab hui’ type innumerable news. Suddenly breaking news came in, and I thought may be somewhere a car has crushed 2 persons or police cop found beating a poor girl: such are the breaking news: I wish CNN etc don’t see Indian channels.
But it was a bit sensible one though. An agitated young man taking a sharp blade approached a very respectable figure of our nation, notably most prominent figure of a state. Yes, there are certain charges which ‘supposedly’ yet to be proved and with the help of Indian constitution it can not be in his life time. Well SPS Rathore has claimed an innocent life and ruined more than a family destroying canvas of Police-Public relationship. These are the charges which even proved can only lead to this person for max 2 years imprisonment and the youth can get 12 year of prison. First instance it sounds a work of an attention seeker people who always try to be in news or may be a person with old friendship with Grihotra’s or may be a moron not of any use in his society. But as the day set in and I was just going to get a sleep, I found that he was son of our own BHU’s proff Mr Sharma sir and Psychologist Mrs Sharma. Got to know about him by searching more web pages and then I started thinking about Rand De Basanti where we always pat on back of protagonist. We should do things under Law and the criminal shall be punished only what is due for them by constitution but what if that is not going to happen in 2 lifetime of the criminal or may be; if it comes, will not be sufficient for the heinous crimes one has done. Well, if we are not able to punish Mr. Kasab for so long despite nothing is left to get proven for, how can we expect justice of a top-notch like Mr. Rathore.
Now the biggest question is What Mr. Utsav came in the way for taking such a moron measure. Yes, he does not have any right because he is not a cop, or a judge, or a Naxal activist, or so called Sene’s who can brazenly take any level of authority in their hands. He is just one of us doing some stupid course and will be count as one of billions. What makes him to take all such actions? If he is frustrated by reading news, which he should not as other 1 billion people are also living in the same country and are able to ignore, he should better take pills at night and sleep as all other do. I know that is not the correct path he has chosen but young persons do and they did previously. I am not doing a comparison but for an instance this is the path our revolutionaries has taken before. May be for the same reason Sandars was murdered and that time there was law and they can pull him on the court on account of murder of Lalaji. But they did not have the faith in judiciary. Same Utsav does not have this time in Law. We acknowledge them because it was evident that they were fighting for our nation but was Utsav not. He neither belongs to a political party nor is a member of any youth union. He is just among us and if he is frustrated we are the same. We think we are disciplined but no we are just thinking that it will not happen with us. But as the conditions persist any thing wrong can be happened to any of us and then our response will be as Utsav has done or we will wait then some Utsav should come and punch the face of that beast.
In the finishing note I admire King Khan and his content behavior which proves that Peace can win over virulent. But everybody is not King Khan and as Ashok Chavan has replied to Arnav one day “We can’t please everybody”; there will be more Utsav in waiting and the system has to change to stop them from being hostile. I feel bad for India it should not follow Russian or French way of revolution.
Saluting the spirit of Pune in the time of bomb blast and pay my sincere homage to all who fight with this with a great courage. Going to shut down my computer and giving rest to the keyboard.
